The World Organization of Dental Implantology, hereinafter referred to as “Organization” or "WODI", is a scientific based, international, nondenominational, non-profit organization, established in Germany


The World Organization of Oral Dental Implantology (WODI)

The fundamental purpose of the Organization is the promotion and development of dental implantology with a view to contributing to scientific development within the dental profession.

In the sense of promotion, this is understood as providing education within the dental field through dental or scientific professionals in the form of written work, essays, case reports, presentations, hands-on experience or any other method that would contribute or have educational value including diplomas and degrees through collaboration with various universities throughout the world.

The Organization does not distinguish between country of origin, race, sex, language or religion. WODI shall take all appropriate action to attain this objective.

In pursuing this aim, the Organization shall pay particular attention to the interests of the developing countries in the field of dental implantology and scientific research within the dental or maxillofacial specialties.

In order to establish its central role in the field of international dental implantology, the Organization shall establish and maintain effective collaboration with the appropriate clinics, universities and other specialized agencies.

WODI welcomes general dentists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, dental technicians, researchers, university staff and faculty which include students both in pre and post doctoral programs.
